Duties : -

  • Handling incoming enquiries from customers by telephone and email
  • Providing quotes, and estimating delivery.
  • Processing orders, ensuring details are entered accurately
  • Resolving order discrepancies, ensuring the customer is dealt with positively
  • Purchasing/Stock Administration
  • Credit checking new customers and opening new accounts
  • Posting sales invoices and checking payments
  • Maintaining effective filing systems
  • Representing the company at events

​The ideal candidate : -

  • Previous experience in Administration is essential
  • Confident, clear telephone manner
  • Customer service experience
  • Well organised and good attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • A team player and helpful attitude
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
